The hardwoods are in sad shape, but at least it’s not carpeted. And the rest of the flooring is serviceable. At least the bathroom has some charming original tiles, even if they are cracked, dingy and pretty limp on the luster factor. Le sigh. Oh, yeah, and there’s the linen closet/pantry/broom closet/entry closet. (Glass knobs, though!)
